Message	Hello David, Like I mentioned to you on aim and over the phone we did make 2 delivery attempts, one on tuesday and one on last thursday. Both time when our driver arrived ND Auto care was closed. Again this is no excuse for the lack of service that was provided. The Items were delivered today and hopefully we can do something in the future to rectify this situation. We were hit pretty hard over december/xmas and have not yet recovered but again no excuse. Simple put we dropped the ball on this order and many others and will get better service and better products in the near future. -JokerF15
